Terms of sale

Quotes and prices

Prices are given on request and are valid for 7 days unless we say otherwise. GST and freight are extra unless the quote says they are included.

Orders and delivery

An order is confirmed when we accept it in writing (WhatsApp counts). Delivery dates are our best estimate. Our responsibility ends when the goods leave our premises or are handed to your transporter.

Payment

Payment terms are shown on the quote and invoice. Interest at 18% per year may be charged on bills not paid within 15 days.

Returns

Goods sold are not returnable, except when what we supplied does not match the confirmed order — tell us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

Product information

Photos are for illustration. Sizes listed are our regular stock; exact dimensions can vary slightly by batch. Please confirm critical sizes and load requirements before ordering — the choice of product for a structural load is the buyer's responsibility.

Law

These terms follow Indian law; courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction.
